As Director of the Army Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP), Ms. Tracey Pinson advises the Secretary of the Army and Army leadership on small business related procurement matters. With a staff of nine, as well as support contractors, OSBP manages seven socioeconomic programs as indicated below. Additionally, Ms. Pinson provides oversight and guidance for roughly 230 Army Small Business Specialists located at Army installations around the country.
