The Office of Small Business Programs, Department of the Army, welcomes you. Our vision is to be the premier advocacy organization committed to maximizing small business opportunities in support of the Warfighter and the institutional transformation of the Army. Our goal is to establish the Army as the premier organization for the promotion of and assistance to Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, Historically Black Colleges and Universities Minority Institutions (HBCU/MIs), Service-Disabled/Veteran-Owned Small Business and HUBZone Small Business.
